„Tamiš Cold Storage Plant Pančevo“ Still not Sold after Third Auction

„Tamiš Cold Storage Plant Pančevo“ has not been sold after the third attempt. The company could be liquidated, even though there is the buyer from Germany interested in it. The company’s director Milenko Ivic and the Union accuse the Agency for Privatisation and some competitive firms of being behind the unsuccessful selling. However, Town Union Council from Pancevo manager to schedule next auction, German company Binder is interested in buying the plant, but they needed enough time to study the documentation, Ivic stated.

8 years Since the Founding of G17 Plus Party

Part G17 Plus celebrated eight years since it was founded yesterday. The party in Pancevo now is not working as a regular town committee. It is also a part of the political movement United Regions of Serbia, on whose director is Mladjan Dinkic. The electing constitution in Pancevo is scheduled for January next year, stated member of the party from our town Bozidar Petrovic.

Premier of Movie “Coriolanus” on Berlin Film Festival in February

The directorial debut of actor Ralph Fiennes, "Coriolanus”, based on the Shakespeare's tragedy, will be premiered next year on Berlin Film Festival. The movie will not be screened in the competition selection. The film was shot in Serbia and the first scenes were shot in Pancevo in March. The leading actors in the movie, beside Fiennes, are Gerard Butler and Vanessa Redgrave.
