Building of New Flats from Credits of Council of Europe Bank

Town of Pancevo is among 12 towns and municipalities which participate in the project of building new flats for citizens with low and middle income. 1700 flats are planned to be built during next year. First, it is necessary that National Assembly of Serbia ratifies the agreement for credit with Council of Europe Bank, stated assistant minister of spatial planning Bojan Janjic yesterday. Flats in Pancevo should be built in Streliste area, near the Sports Hall.

Enterprise „Sloboda“ Sells its Cafee "Beli bagrem" („White Acacia“)

Enterprise “Sloboda” sold yesterday in another public bidding its cafe "Beli bagrem" („White Acacia“) for 1.880.000 Serbian dinars, bankruptcy manager Miroslav Gligoric for Radio Pancevo. Two more premises in Pancevo and one in Dolovo and Jabuka Villages each remain to be sold, probably next month when another public bidding is scheduled.

Non Working Days in Serbia- January 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 7^th 2011

Public administration and its employees in Serbia are not working on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, January 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd because of New Year’s holidays, it is stated in announcement from the Ministry for Social Politics. The law on public and other holidays also allows free day for Christmas, which is on Friday January 7^th. It is a public holiday as well.

Pancevo Weather Forecast: Cold, with Snow

In Pancevo and the rest of the country cloudy and very cold, with occasional snow. The highest daily temperature minus 2 degrees Celsius. From Saturday until Tuesday next week warmer weather with rain is expected.
