Obligatory Winter Tires Starting from Winter 2011?
The Committee for traffic security will propose that drivers with vehicles manufactured before January 1st 2000 should be freed from acquiring winter tires until November 1st 2011. The rule book about Technical Conditions for Traffic Vehicles defines the conditions, which drivers should fulfill for additional equipment for vehicles.
No Danger from Flooding in Serbia
There is no danger from flooding wave, which goes through Slovenia and Croatia, even though there higher water levels are expected on the Sava. Due to large amount of rainfall during the past two days in Slovenia and Croatia, the water levels on the Sava will be higher from Tuesday.

After the mild rain in the morning, sunny intervals are expected in Pancevo during the day. Mild wind, morning temperature around 11 and the highest daily about 20 degrees Celsius.
